Under the patronage and attendance of HH the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmed Al Jaber Al Sabah the new building of the National Library of Kuwait was inaugurated in a special location which mediates three important buildings; the House of National Assembly, the Seif Palace and the House of Justice.
