This is because of the availability of services and the means of communications whether internal or external The role of the ministry considered as an important role through supporting the life of people’s interdependence and exchange benefits , ideas and cultures The services which are presented by the ministry became one of the basic standards in measuring the civilization level in our dearest country Kuwait
